Can my visa be extended with the SKHM certificate of enrolment?
The SKHM is state-approved; once admitted, you are in a state-approved preparatory course. Under Section 16 (1) of the Residence Act, the extension must be granted provided the other requirements are met – including proof of financial means, health insurance and a tenancy agreement.
