State-approved German
University Preparatory College

On 15 August 2016, the German Federal State of Saxony-Anhalt approved the state recognition as a University Preparatory College for the Ming CHENG Institute in Halle. The state-recognized College has the approved designation of the State-Approved University Preparatory College Halle-Merseburg at Merseburg University (Staatlich anerkanntes Studienkolleg Halle-Merseburg an der Hochschule Merseburg - SKHM). The approval is valid for the independent implementation of all university preparatory courses M, T, W and S/G as well as FSP-Examination.

The FSP-Examination at the College Halle-Merseburg (SKHM) is based on the state-approved "examination regulations of the FSP (SKHMO)", on the basis of the "Framework for university admission with foreign educational qualifications, for training in the University Preparatory Colleges and for the FSP-Examination", decision of the Standing Conference of the Ministers of Education and Cultural Affairs of the German Federal States (KMK) from 15 April 1994, in its currently valid form as of 21 September 2006.

With the state-approved FSP certificate of the SKHM, the international applicants acquire the university entrance qualification for all German universities (Universitäten & Fachhochschulen).
