University Preparatory College

On 15 August 2016, the German Federal State of Saxony-Anhalt approved the state recognition as a University Preparatory College for the Ming CHENG Institute in Halle. The state-recognized College has the approved designation of the State-Approved University Preparatory College Halle-Merseburg at Merseburg University (Staatlich anerkanntes Studienkolleg Halle-Merseburg an der Hochschule Merseburg - SKHM). The approval is valid for the independent implementation of all university preparatory courses M, T, W and S/G as well as the state FSP Examination.

FSP stands for "Feststellungsprüfung der Hochschuleignung für ausländische Studienbewerber" in German, which translates to "Assessment Test for University Aptitude for Foreign Applicants in Germany."

With the state FSP certificate of the SKHM, the international applicants acquire the university entrance qualification for all German state universities (Universitäten & Fachhochschulen).
